Dear Island Packet Owners:

At this time we are working out the details of our Fourteenth Biennial Maine Island Packet Rendezvous and we need to know as soon as possible how many boats are planning to attend in order to reserve moorings etc. THE BIG EVENT will take place July 26^th, 27^th and 28^th,

This years Rendezvous, dockage & moorings will be at Captain Fish’s Motel and Marina.  Capt.’s Fish’s is the third Marina on the right as you enter Boothbay Harbor, (Brown colored buildings) and is with-in walking distance of the down town area. There is also a trolley that runs from the East side to Hannaford’s at the small mall and around downtown.

Plans at this time call for: an informal Pot-Luck Supper on shore, Friday night. Saturday morning we will have seminars and answers to any questions you might have about you’re I/P’s, with guest speakers and possibly, factory personnel. Everyone is on their own for lunch. We will have an afternoon “event”, and then an evening get together and dinner at one of the local restaurants.

Sunday morning we will get together for Breakfast before leaving for home.

Please take a moment to fill out the form in the next email and return it to us by mail, or email so we can make our plans & reservations for dinner & breakfast, moorings, motel rooms etc.
