Dear Island Packet Owners:

At this time we are working out the final details for our 13^th Biennial Maine Island Packet Rendezvous July 29^th, 30th, and 31^st. We still need to know as soon as possible how many boats are planning to attend in order to make sure we have reserved enough moorings and can accommodate everyone wishing to be part of THE BIG EVENT.

Rendezvous Headquarters and dockage & moorings will be at Captain Fish’s Motel and Marina. With extra moorings at Carousel Marina and Tug Boat Marina. Capt’s Fish’s is the third Marina on the right (East side of the Harbor) as you enter Boothbay Harbor, (brown colored buildings) and is within walking distance of the down town area. There is a trolley that runs from the East side to Hannaford’s at the small mall and around downtown, for a small fee.

Plans at this time call for:

Friday: Check in at Capt. Fish’s Motel dock Noon to 4:00PM and get your paper work.

PLEASE let us know if you arrive early just call 207-633-2902 and check in.

Saturday: Morning activities will take place at Boothbay Harbor Inn beginning at 8AM.

FULL BREAKFAST served 8:00 – 9:00.

10:30 Graham Wright, Working with Boatyard & Boatyard Politics.

More activities and speakers are still being finalized.

The evening get together will be at 6:00 PM, at the Boothbay Harbor Inn,

(Bring a poem involving your boat.)

Dinner choices will be Lobster, Steak or Chicken.

Sunday: Breakfast at Capt Fish’s before leaving for home.
