4-5 pm Presentation: Cruising Diversity Block Island to BVIs, Hayden/Radeen

5-6 pm Q&A and BYOB Cocktail Party, bring your own drinks/snacks. (Beer and Wine by S&J Yachts)

6 - 7:30 pm Catered Dinner, Beef Brisket and Salads under the tent by Fish Whistle of Chestertown, MD

7:30-8:30 pm Island Packet Yachts Dealer and Factory Update, IP models (Sharon/Jack S&J Yachts)

6:30-8:30 pm MooMobile Ice Cream Truck, scoops for everyone! (Sponsored by Whiteaker Yacht Sales)

8:30 pm - IPY Owner's Jam Session, lead by James Osborne of IP 38 ULLR. All instruments and voices welcome.

Price and Budget Break Down based on 75 people attending.

Tent, tables, chairs: $1033 / 75 = $13.77 per person

Sat Dinner, BBQ Beef Brisket etc: $1700 / 75 = $22.67 per person

MooMobile: $100 truck, $2/scoop, min 75 scoops = $250 paid for by Whiteaker Yacht Sales. Additional scoop per person = $150 = $2 per person

Sunday AM breakfast treats for Sunday gathering $75 / 75 = $1 per person

PayPal invoice fee so people can pay via credit card 3% charge. $40=$1.20 charge

Summary of: $13.77 + 22.67 + 2 + 1 + 1.20 = $40.64 per person, rounded up to $42 per person

Extra funds will be given to the Spring Cove Marina for facility fees and extra costs.

NEWS NEWS NEWS.......
Thanks to IP 38 ULLR, our ocean sailing East Coast to all over the Caribbean Sea has offer to create our FIRST IPY JAM SESSION at the Rock Hall Rendezvous. This will take place on Sat night after the S&J Island Packet Factory Update after dinner.

James is a very talented guitar player and songwriter and he has one amazing voice. Radeen and I heard James play in the USVI this past winter and we really enjoyed this. James proposed the idea of an IP jam session so....it will NOW happen. Thank you!

It is now Aug 16th, ten days before the Rock Hall Rendezvous, and we have 91 people registered, 38 yachts represented and 27 yachts docking at Spring Cove Marina. WOW, this is really exciting.

We also have a few additions to the event.

1. IP 420 CATHARPIN BLUE owners, Sam and Marilyn will talk about their Pacific Circumnavigation which started in Rock Hall, MD at Spring Cove Marina down to the Panama Canal to the South Pacific then north up and along the Alaska Panhandle and then down to Puget Sound. WOW, that is amazing. This will be the kick off event Saturday at 4-5pm.

2. We also have added an informal POT LUCK for Friday night under the tent. We know that some owners will arrive Friday and the tent will be there and set up Thursday, so we thought an informal pot luck for any and all that are there would be fun.
