Small leak in keel box was created by baylybuck

My 1982 IP 26' MK1 has developed a small leak in the forward portion of the keel box. very small rivlet of water coming from area just forward of the swing keel pin. Can't tell exactly where the leak is as head bulk head covers that area. So i'm looking for a yard that knows IPs. Currently at Bowley's Marina in Middle River. Mechanic there is good with engines, but he admits fiberglass work is not his forte.
I called Gratitude, but it appears they may have closed. Where did the mechanics land? I would think somewhere in Rock Hall.
Have any recommendations?
I appreciate your help.
Thanks
Bayly Buck

How you find out about that leak? Is there water visible in bilge under bilge cover? Could it be something different like cracked water tank or bad hose in head?

Yes we can see water seeping in and collecting around the keel pin area. No water visible in bilge because we pulled her when leak was discovered.
The leak was discovered when the boat was launched two weeks ago after some repairs to the keel pulley system - required a new pulley. The water is coming from just forward of the keel pin assembly. The fiberglass in that area is deteriorating. We repaired what we could reach (without ripping up the floor and bulkhead) but the leak did not stop. Boat is back on shore awaiting some good advice on the next step.
I have attached some pics...not sure if they will post. Can send separately.
Thanks for you interest. Can sure use your help.
