Yes, that is what is in the photos, and from other swim platforms I have photographed, this looks like the ones that the factory may be using as well. The nice aspect to this design is that it is mounted under the platform keeping the entire platform clear.

The only concern I would have is that of positioning of the platform off the water. If it is too low, then the stern wave will be up onto it. If too low the exhaust soot and oily exhaust may coat the ladder steps and make it a mess. That is something to figure out by looking at your oil marks on the stern after a hard running.
