Though I have not been aloft to remove the topping lift pulley, it has allowed the halyard to slip off the pulley. Probably worn groove or flanges.So unit after 44 years of service doesn't owe me anything. Replacement probably the best solution.
Drawings, pictures, and any advice how to replace it would be greatly appreciated.
Recommendation for size & type halyard line might be helpful too.
