No help checking with Rigrite and even spoke with retired engineer from IP. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. I did try to drill out existing block in hopes of just replacing broken sheave but that didn't work.
I have drilled out the rivit that retains the sheave and replaced the sheaves on several 404 blocks. You will have to make new rivets from a cut up ss bolt
But it wasn’t too hard
