It has been over one month since I placed an order with Rig-Rite for a new NB-32 Isomat Boom.  For the past 3 weeks I would call and be told that it would ship that same week. They do not respond to emails or return left messages. 

Does anyone out there know of another source?

I can’t help with another source but I can empathize. We had to replace the Isomat boom on our Cabo Rico years ago and we nearly missed the next sailing season trying to get Rig-Rite to deliver. More recently, the yard damaged a spreader while stepping our mast and they made it clear that they had no love for Rig-Rite. Best of luck!

I would reach out to Travis at www.MackSails.com and see if he can order and send you a boom. Travis knows IPs and helps us all out a lot.

Also you could ask Colin at www.MackYachtServices.com and he might be able to connect you to a supplier or order one for you.

These two brothers refit out IP35 after hurricane Maria broke our mast.

Thanks for this. I did speak with Al at Mack Sails yesterday who believed I'd need to go with a different spar all together.

But miracle of miracles, this morning I received notice that the boom has been shipped!  Curious though, it is actually coming from Wichard Inc. (Sparcraft) in Charlotte, NC who I spoke with over a month ago.
