restoring life-lines was created by Vanilla
Hi, I have a IP35 1989 and the white (beige) plastic on the life-lines are cracked and rusted (see picture). What can I do? Anybody replaced them?

Not sure why, but can't upload the picture?

We replaced our lifelines from www.secosouth.com/ they are the makers of the IP rigging and lifelines. They have all the dimensions and just need you boat model and hull number.

Also, you can easily clean the lifelines with an auto product used for WHITE WALL TIRES, simply use this and a scotch brite pad and they will clean up well.

This was a timely topic, I was planning to replace my lifelines. Hayden, the recommendation on Secosouth was right on, just spoke to them and they had the specs for 'Gratitude'- I'll have the replacements next week for a price (450) that I found reasonable for the product with the additional benefit of working with the folks who made the lifelines I'm replacing.

Thanks,
