Has anyone changed the forward head on the 38 IP to direct discharge. With our 1987 38 IP we have to pump at least 25 times to clear the lines. Would be interested if anyone has done, and is willing to share information regardin placement of thru hull, diverter valve, and if the raised forward head shelf is solid or hollow. And, was it worth doing.
