Who Can Replace Cushions For A 1991 IP?

Hello Everyone,  I don't post on this forum very often but I hope someone can help me. I'm looking to replace the interior cushions on my 1991 IP29. Actually the fabric doesn't bother me as I think it's held up adequately but the foam on the bottom seat cushions need attention. Is the original cushion supplier to IP still in business? Or does any other supplier have the original patterns? I'm not opposed to completely replacing what I have but I don't know where to turn.

The foam is cut to to the seat size, then you use the foam to pattern the new fabric or vinyl. Just hire an upholsterer.

Did you ever get anywhere on your cushion replacement? I'm looking to recover my cushions and I was looking for a ballpark number of yards of fabric.

The factory is (was?) using Island Nautical (formerly JSI) in St. Petersburg, FL, to make the cushions. (Cushions for 2020 349 were made there.)

We've worked with the owner/partner there, Katja Kendall, when getting canvas for a home-built project on a previous boat. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. She spent time with the Admiral discussing methods and techniques for that project even though doing so was essentially sending away business. I look favorably upon any business that's busy enough to tell a potential customer, "Sure, we could charge you to do that, but you could do it yourself. Here, let me show you how."

We just used Bob Kahl/Prestige Mobile Marine Upholstery in St. Pete FL for our IP370 cockpit cushions, and will have him do salon and nav seat next season. He's the IP guy. Meticulous work and a nice guy!! www.facebook.com/Prestigemobilemarineupholstery/

Rob is in the process of replacing our Salon upholstery. He is also making our cockpit cushions. His work is worth waiting for!!
