Teak and Holly floor in cabin

I have a bad stain in one section of the floor near the aft cabin. I want to lightly sand it. The question is what product does IP use on the floors?

Most likely a varnish from Z Spars, Epifanes or Cetol.

Be careful not to sand through the veneer.

We just visited our IP in VA, currently living in CO, and moving aboard in May. Same, there’s a black water stain on the salon floor from a mast lead. My plan is to very lightly hand sand the entire salon, the use oxalic acid on the stains. I’ve watched quite a few videos on the acid and it appears to draw quite a bit of the moisture/stain out. Then revarnish.
