Replace glass lens in stainless ports

We recently purchased a 1990 IP 27. The boat is in great shape, new engine, refrigeration, holding and water tanks etc. in addition there are new stainless ports installed. The bad news is all of the lenses in these ports are fogged and the glass needs to be replaced. I'm looking for suggestions on how to replace lenses. I spoke to IP customer service and they told me that this common for older ports to fog/leak but they could not offer a solution for repair. These ports are two years old so that adds to the frustration. I welcome any and all suggestions and hopefully names and locations for repair services who can replace glass.
