House Batteries not charging from auxilliary

House Batteries not charging from auxilliary was created by Pound_foolish
I have a 2002 IP420 with a Yanmar 4JH3-TE auxilliary with a Balmar 120 amp alternator and a Balmar Duo regulator. My battery bank is not being charged when I run my Yanmar. Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips I can use to find out what's wrong?  Thank you
