The packing gland is very restricted in the IP32, too. I bought a couple of crows-foot wrench heads for the 2 sizes on the gland - 1-7/8 inch and 2 inch, if I remember correctly. One is on a long-handled rachet, the other on a non-racheted break-over bar. The combo allows me to hold one in place, while turning the other. Problem is that the rachet will spin down, when it's not on the nut, because the crows-foot is pretty heavy, relatively, so I do a lot of reseating the wrench, to be able to get a full turn on the nut.
I'm planning on toying with using 2 long-handle breaker bars, instead of the rachet. Will see which works best.
Also, a good idea to have a strong magnet on a rope handy. I've had the crows-foot head fall into the bottom of the bilge more than once.
