Spike [surge] in shore power

Spike [surge] in shore power was created by ONWARD
We have a 445 based in Spain. During a recent storm there was a spike in the shore power which blew the battery chargers and damaged electrics and electronics on many boats on our marina. Fortunately we were unscathed apart from the LED display on the 240v panel. Can these LED lights be replaced as on first inspection they appear to be linked and we have failed to find a replacement for this configuration?
