Stern rail outboard mounting bracket was created by Lyons
We recently purchased an IP 420 that has an outboard bracket for the backrest to one of the perch seats. A friend of ours has and IP 320 and would like to purchase the same product. Does anyone know where this is available? I cannot find any  brand name markings on it. Please see the attached picture. Perhaps it was custom made. Thank you. -Bill Lyons

That looks like a plastic bracket I just bought to replace my UV damaged flaking one, but covered with a SS Plate. I think it might have been “Five Oceans” Brand. Here is the amazon title: Five Oceans FO1586 Rail-Mount Outboard Motor Bracket, Up to 80 lb and 1 inch (25.4mm) Rail Diameter, UV-Stabilized Polypropylene, Stainless Steel Hardware Included… but I got mine at a local chandlery.

Thank you Melgyver! Please let me know if that works. On the IP 420 and IP 320 the vertical portion of the rail is at a slight angle. This product looks like it might only accommodate a 90 degree angle. But maybe there is enough wiggle room in there for it to work.

The one I got was: “Sea-Dog Rail-Mount Motor Bracket”.
I haven’t installed yet, but found my receipt! I’ll let you know if it works on the vertical.

I ended up building a simple outboard mount with a strong piece of teak for our 420. I using 3 stainless U bolts for rail attachment. Held up fine with 15hp outboard over many sailing miles

On my IP31, I built a teak mount with U-Bolts.
On my IP37 I purchased the one shown in the attached picture. I did have to use a Dremel to modify slightly to allow for the vertical offset as you have mentioned
