Accessing factory prewiring was created by njoynthewater
Hi everyone, new owner of an IP 370. I am looking at adding ventilation fans throughout. The 12 volt electrical diagrams appear to show that the boat is predicted throughout. If that is correct does anyone know how to access them from behind the cabin panels.

Not a specific answer but on our 420 fans were added adjacent to reading lights and wired into them for power.

Most IPs have coils of BLUE wire sip tied up into the cabinets when you would want a fan. On our IP 35 this was the qtr berth lockers and the v-berth sliding lockers and the galley shelf and the nav desk area. Look for zip tied coils of blue wire. These are the pre-wired drops.

Thanks for the reply. They must have made a change as I haven't been able to find any coiled wire tie wrapped anywhere in our boat.
