No recommendations for a yard to do it but definitely have some
else do the repair. After doing minemyself on my 380 I swore I would starting blogging with the title "How much would you Pay?" I don't know where your tank is on the 420 but mine was buried deep and looking back now I would have paid 8K. Hope yours is easier.
Have you tried contacting Passage Nautical (
passagenautical.com/contact-us/ )who sold and commissioned most of the Bay Area IPs...they've had to resell several with leaky tanks.
I remember Mik maguire had to help somebody about 3 years ago with this problem
