Interestingly, we tend to eat pretty much the way we always have. So as to special receipts I have no unusual ones. But I did want to say that one of the few changes that have occurred is our use of a pressure cooker.. So far we have used it to cook roasts, brisket, and some vegetables. It really does well for large cuts of meat saving a lot of time, fuel, and the subsequent heating of the boat. Heating up the boat is a no no down here this time of the year!
