Good morning, has anyone used the Seafrost system? I have a IP 27 and we sail locally from a marina
currently with sometime on the hook but in a year we will be on the hook about 4-6 months. I am planning a small solar unit to help keep the battery bank charged

I do not have any experience with Seafrost, but the Adler/Barbout we purchased I have been very happy with.

We've been using the Seafrost for the last year and absolutely love it. Low energy draw and great cooling. We just left the boat plugged in for three weeks with the frig and freezer on and came back to perfect boxes. I spoke to our installer a lot about spare parts and what I might need to do for repairs and he was insistent that the system is "bullet proof" - I would have to agree. It's really nice not to have an energy hog for refrigeration.

Great to hear such a good report rjones. We'll definitely look at Seafrost. Planning to install refrigeration next year.
