Don't know where to put this, so if it is in the wrong place, please advise where this message should go.

At first I thought that it was just me and my machines, but over this last week, I've been in 5 states, on about a dozen different machines and no matter where I'm at or what computer I'm using, the IPYOA site loads very slowly!!
When I go to the Photo section, it comes to a craw and often kicks back a message about server either slow to respond or no response.

Also seems to be a CSS issue as below this text box, there is nothing but big blue rectangles. Along with no headers images.Only a Blue field.

I have used several different browsers from IE , Firefox, Opera. etc. Along with may versions.
All act the same.

What gives???

Yes, you are right, we are aware of the issues and I am working on it every day along with a UK programmer and a Singapore programmer as I spend thousands of dollars trying to fix this issue since Oct roll out.

So far we have...
1. Compacted all code
2. Rewrote the photo count funtion, something that is slow it down
3. Cloned the site to two other servers to test it on.various servers.
4. Pulled out every error code and fixed.
5. Hired a person for $450 to evaluate code, fixed their findings.
6. Submitted endless support tickets to my server company about slowness, they say server is ok.
7. Bought a new server and moved the entire project to this new server
8. Move 9 domain names to this new server.
9. Spend spend spend $$$$$ on this project non stop since oct, now over $4,000 of my own money!
10. Paying more money to the server company to boost the server resources and add memory, this cost another $150

What gives?

We are not sure as of yet. Maybe you have some more ideas, or better programmers that can help out. If so, please offer.

The really odd aspect is that the system flies on my cell phone, Samsung S5 on Verizon, then at times it is very fast on my laptop, then it is slow. Trust me, after $4,000+ dollars and 3 months of work with 3 of us working on this job, no one is more aware and more frustrated than me.

We will find a solution, we are working very hard on it.

Hayden - Have you explored the possibility that the ad server may be the source of the slowdown? Rob

Rob:
The Google Ads usually are not an issue, but I can easily turn off the 3 modules of Google Ads and see if that helps.
There, the ad modules are off, I will let it run like this for two days and see.

Thank you.

Right now, we have several paid programmers looking at the site for these well know speed issues. We are working on daily.

Hayden - Yeah, a long shot. Like you, I've always had good experience with google ads not impacting page performance. On my end, the ads were introducing very odd page formatting -- lots of white space. Hence my hunch. The current no ads formatting is much better; more compact.. Good luck bug squashing! Rob
