Peacekeeper leaving St. Thomas end of February for St. Martin Carnival and Heineken Regatta. Will spend most of the month here and nearby anchorages before heading to St. Barts and St. Kitts till the end of the month. We should be in Montserrat and Guadeloupe for April and then up to Antigua/Barbuda for May. Will haul out in Antigua the end of May / early April.
