2018 IPYOA Noon Lunches Annapolis Boatshow

It is SOON Annapolis Boat Show Time and that means is it time for the IPYOA.com NOON Meet Ups. That is right, as many of you know, we all meet up at NOON on the 2nd FLOOR ROOF deck of the FLEET RESERVE at the Annapolis Boat show, every day. Somedays there are 5-10 of us, and other days we are 20-30 owners and IP wannabes. This is now a tradition at the boat show, and you can count on us being there once again. You can't really miss us. We, Hayden and Radeen, get there early and hang up a 9 foot x 5 foot ISLAND PACKET GOLD FLAG and then we wait for the fleet of owners to arrive. We ask that you sign our clipboard so we can have a record of who was there and what boat you are sailing or if you are an IP wannabe. We see old and new friends and we LOVE to connect each year. We look forward to seeing you all there at the show.

If you are not familiar with this location, allow me to explain. The Navy FLEET RESERVE building is usually not open to the public, but rather to Navy personnel only. Except during the boat show, they are the building that makes the PIT BEEF sandwiches. They also have crab soup, salads and other items for lunch. All of this is served on the first floor. We all gather up on the SECOND FLOOR, the ROOF DECK, UNDER the WHITE TENT, upstairs. So, you need to grab your food, and then come on up and get a table. We hear every year that people can not find us. They say that they stopped in at the Fleet Reserve but never found any IP owners. That is because WE ARE UP ON THE ROOF, the second floor, the roof tent. top floor, that is where we will be, overlooking the boat show. So we hope you can find us. Just ask anyone where is the FLEET RESERVE and the Pit Beef? Then go to the roof. We will all be there. Soooooo much fun.

Also Please note that this is a very exciting year for Island Packet Yachts, as they will have the NEW Island Packet 349 in the water at the show. This is the new yacht that they introduced last year at the show and they sold 5. This year, we all get to step on one and tour this new IP349. I am excited to see how she feels. Island Packet will also have a USED/Brokerage IP BLUE JACKET 40 in the show and they will also have a New SEAWARD 26 in the water. So, three yachts on DOCK C is where the Island Packets will be.

Also please know that the IPY Factory, Leslie and Darrell will be selling IP hats and shirts at the booth, so maybe it is time to buy some new swag and promote the brand. Make sure you get there and visit with them and tour the new IP 349, Blue Jacket 40, and Seaward26.

Simply Walk in the front door on the STREET SIDE. This means you can come to this IPYOA meet up and you do not need to buy a boat show ticket.
