Calling All Classic Wooden Boat Owners!

Join us for the 2nd Annual Classic Wooden Boat Regatta & Race

You have all summer to get your classic wooden yacht all shined up and ready for the Second Annual Classic Wooden Boat Regatta & Race. We're expecting an even larger turnout than last year's inaugural event, which was tremendous fun!

The regatta & race will be held Sept. 17 & 18, 2011 in Annapolis, Maryland. If you have a wooden boat of classic design - or know of someone who does - you won't want to miss this event.

Even if you don't own a piece of sailing history, mark your calendar to come to Annapolis to watch the race on Sunday, Sept. 18. The race will be held in and around the harbor, and will be easily watchable from the City Dock and US Naval Academy seawall.

This is a fun gathering of classic wooden sailboats to showcase their history and elegance as well as providing an informal opportunity to compete in a low-key race against similar vessels!  Be sure to forward this email to anyone who may have an interest in this event.
