  • The Island Packet Yacht Owners in the Rock Hall Maryland and Chesapeake Bay area will be gathering for a very informal Mini-vous at the beautiful Spring Cove Marina in Rock Hall Maryland on Aug 27 and 28, 2016. This marina has been our home dock since 1991 and we encourage you to stop in and spend the weekend and you will see how nice and how peaceful Spring Cove Marina really is. We count this as one of our homes on the water. Madelyn Reni, the owner of Spring Cove will be our host. Please plan to dock Friday or dock Saturday by noon. Please call to make a reservation or use the web site.

         Optional arrival and dockage at Spring Cove Marina

    Sat. Aug 27, 2016

         1-3 pm Boat Visitation and informal gathering on the docks and the porch.

         3-4  pm Pool Time, visiting and sharing

         4-5 pm Intracoastal Waterway MD to FL and Bahamas routes, times and distances, Hayden/Radeen

         5-6 pm Q&A and BYOB Cocktail Party, bring your own drinks. Snacks provided by Whiteaker Yacht Sales

         6 pm Potluck, bring a dish to share with the fleet
                   BBQ Hotdogs and Hamburgers provided by Whiteaker Yacht Sales, our sponsor for the Minivous

    Sun. Aug 28, 2016

         8-9 am Muffins on the porch, bring your own beverage. Muffins by Whiteaker Yacht Sales

         10 - ?? Informal gathering, visitations, pool time, stay as long as you can, you will Love Spring Cove Marina!

    What to Bring?

         1. Your own chair if you can

         2. Potluck dish to share Sat at 6pm, thank you

         3. Swimming suit to enjoy the pool

         4. Good stories to share

         We usually stay at North Point Marina, or the Mariner Inn if in Rock Hall, or if these are full, you can stay back in Chestertown, MD at the Comfort Inn.!.
