Lewmar 30 Winch Decomposition

I thought folks might want to see what's inside a Lewmar winch by taking it apart. There's nothing to be afraid of. I'm upgrading our IP27 Panther's 23 year old Lewmar 16 winches to a pair of brand new Lewmar 30's I found on ebay. The 16's are a different design inside.
I'm going to post the installation pic's when I'm done along with the Lewmar 16 breakdown.
