Dry Tortugas Update

Although shoaling has been reported at Garden Key, Dry Tortugas, the charts have not been updated. I have modified the chart to show where Bush Key has shoaled onto Garden Key, closing the north approach to Ft. Jefferson. The modified chart clips and aerial photo show how to approach the anchorage now. UPDATE: THE SHOALING IS GONE AND THE PASSAGE IS USABLE AGAIN!
