Autohelm installation

Here are a couple of photos of our recent Autohelm installation. It was very tricky getting access to the transom in order to secure the backing plates. Autohelm is a trimtab system. We like the idea of not using the ships rudder and having a backup steering system. Also a big benefit is - No lines in the cockpit (as in the Monitor)
