Adding Additional Rope Clutches

I sailed with Jeff Small and liked his addition of two additional clutches for reefing. I added them to my IP32 and now there is a separate line to pull down each forward reefpoint and a separate line for each aft reefpoint. Four lines total. A little cumbersome because of the 2 additional lines, but reefing has never been so easy on the 32.
