Glass Socks

Because we were living aboard we decided we didn't want to lower your standard of living just because we were on a boat. We use "everyday white" ceramic dishes and most of our glasses are glass, not plastic. Nothing is super expensive but we just didn't want to feel like we were always camping out. When we prepare to go sailing we put cheap washcloths between the dishes to keep them from rattling. For the glasses we used to put each one in gym socks and this worked fine but looked kinda crappy, especially on the shelves behind the fold down table in the salon. Cheri found a neat knitting loom and knitted up some nice looking socks for our glasses.
