Replace Hatch Slides the Easy Way

In 2005 I replaced the hatch slides on my 350 the hard way, by removing the traveler and hatch slide cover. Decided that this was not the way to proceed in the future. Have now gone through the process on 3 other IP's and thought I would share my procedure.
