Propane Solenoid

The propane solenoid on most IP's is exposed to saltwater that splashes onto the deck and then runs down into the propane locker and across the solenoid. The valves don't last long and they are to expensive. I solved this problem by making a fiberglass housing with a new mount and installed a new Xintex SV-1 valve inside the housing. Water no longer runs across the solenoid and this one is going on 3 years old.
