Mooring Pennant Set Up

This is how I now set my mooring pennants as this allows chafe guards to lie in the chocks (fairleads) and along the toe rail. Running the pennants over the cleats keeps them from rubbing against each other. This is good for older IPs where the chocks and cleats lie adjacent.
