Having decided not to buy a factory installed Windlass and then nearly clobbering my boat with my anchor and considering my age and future strength, I installed an anchor windlass on the Stevadora 380-145. I mirrored the factory install very closely except for the type of chain stopper (factory: Maxwell chromed bronze, mine: Windline SS) and Remote switch(factory 2 foot switches; mine socket for hand held remote switch).
