I got these about 6 months ago from IP "some assembly required" was about all the help I could muster. Tom did point me to a IP 31 that had installed a set, but that arrangement was not going to work on my boat. Installed them yesterday and wished I had done so sooner. Big, big improvement. The hatch will now stay up with the cushion still in place. The Admiral can get a line and fender without being hit in the head by hatch.
