IP27 Seacock replacement

I finally decided to spend a day to replace the seacock on IP27-33. I figure after 20years it's warranted. What I found is a PVC fitting below the water line. The T connector to from the seacock to the engine and head intakes is made of 20 year old PVC plastic. Remember to check all of your thru-hulls and sea cocks on your boat.
