Hatch Slide Replacement

The hatch slides on Gra'inne had split and deteriorated so we decided to replace them while in Marathon. Contacted Tom Broome, ordered the new slides, obtained a copy of the removal instructions, and then removed the old hatch. The project took 2 days - hardest part was the removal of the hatch cover. The head of one of the boom traveler screws stripped so I had the remove it as well. The hatch now slides like factory new!
Updated - Would not replace hatch slides in this fashion again. Have since repalced slides on other IP's using the procedure outlined at:
