IP27 Missing Ground Wire

These photos show the rudder stock where it passes through the bearing, just behind the fuel tank. You will see a yellow connector attached to the near bolt, but no ground wire attached to the connector. Any idea what was connected here? The fuel tank, autopilot drive, and hot water heater are all close by, but none seems to be missing any connections, and I found no loose, dangling or broken wires.
