We had some warm February weather so I dismantled this thing and cut it down 2" off the top. I also shortened the rails. I'm much happier with it now, looks more in proportion and hugs the deck better. Forward visibility is improved too. This shot shows the tender inverted which is how she'll ride when we're underway. Next part of this project is to make anchors in the deck to bolt it down to.
