3M 5200 problems

I have been a non-stop advocate that 3M 5200 does not retain it's superior qualities to stainless steel. Here is yet another indication that over time it lets go. I have had leaking through the chainplates, deck fittings and through stanchion bolts. In this case I removed the three screws and simply lifted the deck fill away. Rebedding with silicone sealer ends the problem. The IP factory still use it in all cases except the final seal for the chainplates.
