Gooseneck Failure

The boom was installed without two nylon washers in the spaces between the boom end-fitting and the mast fitting, allowing the boom to shift side-to-side, shearing the cotter pin that holds the 1/2" retaining pin in place. I've fixed it by installing a 4" long SS bolt with locknut, cutting off the excess bolt threads.
