Charging and operating 12V DC mobile devices will now be more convenient. A power plug was installed at the nav station. Before, the inverter had to be run to drive AC chargers.

How long did it take before you pulled the trigger on the first hole that you drilled in your boat?

Teak plywood was thicker than expected, although it could be seen in the instrument panel opening.

Hole through and no nicks in existing wiring running right by it.

New spade bit with points at ends of diameter cut and broke through very cleanly without pilot hole.

Cell phones, handheld GPS, pocket PC will plug in and rest on the shelf above the nav station.
