Replacement shuttles for reefing

The in-boom shuttles for the slab reefing never ran very smoothly. The following shows a replacement made from Wichard blocks #33117 which have a rupture breaking load of 1980lbs and a functional limit of 1100 lbs. The spacers inserted to keep the blocks in a straight line were made from 3/16" aluminum and drilled in place to take the clevis pin. The center area was well wrapped with rigging tape prior to completing the rigging.
