Hake Marine has a lease on the buildings. The buildings are owned by an investor who is selling the buildings, Hake does not own the buildings.. Hake marine plans to build Seaward Yachts, The Electric/Diesel 24' launch and Island Packets as they sell. This auction should not change that. Hake Marine has a lease and will remain in the 2080 building w/the woodshop building, and at 1979 building the fiberglass shop remains. The offices are not in use there anymore, that part of the building is cleared out and all move to 2080 building.
