My 1990 IP35 was missing a step plate when purchased a year ago.

”Borrowed” an idea from two different posters here.

Got the SS plate laser cut for $18.00 and cut a piece of starboard for backing.  Much cheaper than the $340 for an IP plate (which I have on the other side…OK, not symmetrical but I like it that way).

Did you use the SS cutting company Jeff Gabor referenced and used? Can you share where you had these made to help others?
Thanks
Hayden

I used a local shop near Kemah, TX called Great Western Metals on I-45 greatwesternmetals.com/.

Using the one step plate I had I simply traced it and the holes, chose the font, told them 316 SS, and they did it quickly.
