We're now finishing up our refit on S/V Moonshine. Just waiting for a few more essentials to come in and we will be leaving St. Petersburg, Fl. It has been an unbelievably cold winter down here.
The plan is to head for a warmer climate. Probably end up exploring around the Keys for a while and then head up the eastern seaboard because of insurance requirements. We planned on going out to the Bahama's for a while but we're not sure if we want to spend the $300 cruising fee at this late date. After the cost of the refit I reckon that $300 is small potatoes!!
Well, that's my story, and I'm stiking to it!
