Aft Cabin Bookshelf

Installed a bookshelf in the aft cabin that is actually usable. Very straightforward - just used the old shelf as a template. The shelf gets wider as you get further aft - it will hold 7.5" wide books at the forward end and 11" wide books at the aft end.
If you do this, keep in mind that you'll need additional trim - the "widening" bookshelf has a longer front edge than one of a consistent width. We wanted really wanted the extra width aft (because we've got lots of books and the space is other wise wasted due to the curvature of the hull). We had extra trim left over from modifying the galley cabinetry to hold a larger microwave.
