New Dodger Installed...Finally!

Tuesday - September 14, 2010Views: 5342
After waiting for nearly a year (production issues...manufacturer had to make new molds, etc), we finally have our new Lippencott Hard Dodger installed. We had the dodger shipped from Florida to So CA and had our local "enclosure expert" install the window set. We opted for Makrolon .60 gauge polycarbonate window material, sewn with Goretex thread, vs the thicker Barrett (now Ranier) bonded windows. The Makrolon allows for the windows to be wrapped around the dodger without extra panels to support (and obscure) the windows. The result is a wonderfully unobstructed view...something we were definitely NOT used to (our old Isenglass windows were years past their prime). The Lippincott comes with a Sunbrella fabric top, your choice of colors to match your existing canvas. Options are the red & white integrated light set on the underside, and the side & aft grab rails.
