Masts

With all the questions about masts on the various email sites, I thought some pictures might help. As most all the masts used since our becoming a dealer in 1987 are very similar these pictures may help.
When wiring a mast we find it easier to send a hooked snake to the top of the tube column and slide the tubes out of the mast, run the new wire, then slide the tube back over the wires. This also gives us the option of replacing the tubes with a larger size if needed.
Here in the land known for its fog we like to use two radar reflectors so the mast does not create a shadow with no coverage. It also gives double coverage fore and aft.
